just for Her! FITNESS is a women's only express workout facility that has supervised training. Supervised training is where we utilize staff with degrees in exercise science (degreed trainers) to lead the circuit. This means you have instructors with the highest level of education in the industry at your fingertips for at a fraction of the cost of personal training. No other facility offers such services. Our circuit consists of the finest hydraulic equipment on the market with settings to meet the needs of all fitness levels. We also provide a main component others lack, cardiovascular equipment. We have Precor's (ellipticals), treadmills and more, all upstairs in our 500 sq. ft. mezzanine
