We are the longest running yoga studio in Hermosa Beach. We offer the following styles of hatah yoga: Iyengar method, Vinyasa (flow,) Restorative and Prenatal. We offer weekly classes to students new to yoga up through advanced practioners. We specialize in offering intelligent modifications for those suffering from injuries.
