A full service, state of the art facility featuring 30,000 square feet of equipment and programming. Every instructor has both a 4 year college degree and a national certification. They will provide a health screen, fitness program and equipment orientation at no charge. Group classes include yoga, tai chi, zumba, spin, pilates and more. Other features include indoor running track, towel service and lockers.
