Karve Studio is Arizona's original barre fitness studio. Develop a dancer's physique by fusing ballet barre work, light free weights, core conditioning, yoga and Pilates. This unique system focuses on precise, controlled movements followed by stretching to carve out defined yet supple muscles. Particular focus is placed on accuracy of form, posture and body awareness, while the body moves continuously to unique and motivating music. No other technique can accomplish the fat burning, body changing results as quickly and effectively as Karve.
