I teach authentic pilates focusing on one on one, or small group sessions incorporating the full use of the Pilates equipment. These specialized one hour sessions, will create core strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and alignment. You will see more individualized results quicker than if you were in a large group setting, and you will leave the studio with a new sense of ease that will make everyday activities seem effortless.
